Brad Cohen focuses his practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, business and corporate matters, tax planning for individuals and closely-held businesses, and a variety of non-profit tax issues.
Brad works closely with individuals and families to develop custom estate plans that address important wealth transfer tax concerns and family circumstances such as marriage, divorce and the birth or adoption of children. Brad is experienced in advising individual and corporate fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. In his practice, Brad prepares income, gift, estate and inheritance tax returns.
Brad’s practice also includes trust and estate litigation matters relating to will contests, probate disputes, document interpretation and trust modifications.
Prior to joining the Firm, Brad worked in the Tax and Wealth Management Department of a large national law firm where he handled tax and estate planning matters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Brad is a frequent volunteer attorney for Wills for Heroes and Wills for Survivors where he prepares estate planning documents for first responders and disaster victims.
