Our EC team was honored to celebrate co-founder Thomas Earp as he was inducted in the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame! Tom along with four other exceptional business leaders – Caroline Armour, Michael Renna, Brenda Ross-Dulan, and Cid Wilson – were recognized for their visionary leadership, their role model status for New Jersey’s youth, and their significant contributions to their businesses and communities. This recognition is a testament to the positive impact of Junior Achievement of New Jersey (JANJ) and its High School Heroes youth leadership initiatives.

Tom’s unwavering commitment to JANJ for over three decades has been an inspiration to us all. His ability to learn from exceptional leaders and, in turn, mentor the next generation reflects his exceptional business acumen and passion for nurturing future leaders.
