Merritt A. Cole named to PBA’s “Giants” of the Business Bar


Congratulations to Merritt A. Cole on his selection to the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section’s “Giants” series recognizing legal giants who have had a significant impact on the practice of business law in Philadelphia and beyond and provides an opportunity to both learn and to network.

Merritt will be honored at a hybrid event on Tuesday, October 26th and will include a panel discussing who will discuss the future of business law and practice with William H. Clark, Jr., Senior Counsel, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP, and Professor Amelia Boss, Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

Merritt is a former Chair of the Business Law Section and presently serves as Chair of the Section’s Advisory Board.

He has many years of teaching business law courses as an adjunct professor on Securities Regulation, and other courses, at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law since 2012 and, before then, at Rutgers University Law School and Temple University Beasley School of Law. He has been quoted in The New York Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Legal Intelligencer and interviewed by Financier Worldwide, Smart Business and The CorporateCounsel.net.
