Biography

Whether you are a business, individual or a public entity, Carol Harding brings the experience and steady judgment to guide you through your most challenging disputes. With a broad-based litigation practice, she represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, and she is equally at home in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.

Carol’s clients turn to her across a wide range of matters, including complex commercial disputes, employment law, lemon law defense, trust and estate litigation, defense of claims against public entities, disability income insurance law, consumer fraud actions, and environmental litigation. She also serves as an arbitrator in commercial and employment law disputes, giving her valuable insight into how these cases are decided.

Above all, Carol focuses on results that make sense for her clients — practical, efficient, and tailored to each situation. Although she is a seasoned trial lawyer, she believes the best outcome is often the one that avoids a courtroom altogether. She partners with clients on their day-to-day operations to head off problems before they arise, and she draws on every form of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate, including mediation and arbitration, to resolve conflicts while sparing clients unnecessary time and expense.

Before joining Earp Cohn P.C., Carol served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. McGlynn Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
