Michael employs a client centered approach to Business Disputes which consists of three distinct stages: Consultation and Analysis, Pre-Litigation Planning and Litigation. The cost of litigation can be overwhelming and often cost prohibitive. A Business Centered Approach must consider specific goals and associated budgets, while at the same time anticipating variables caused by a judge and/or other parties. Goals and budgets must be re-visited on a consistent basis to maximize return on investment or to mitigate loss.
Michael continues to represent individuals in Family related matters by combining the Business Centered Approach with empathy and an understanding of family dynamics.

The combination of the Business Centered Approach with empathy and an understanding of family dynamics maximizes attorney value because it involves both zealous legal representation and an understanding that family matters cannot be dealt with as a business matter only.
Michael is able to provide these diverse skills based on 22+ years of practice and a work history that includes service as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, large and mid-size firm experience and years as a solo practitioner as well.
