Mr. Montgomery has vigorously represented clients in broad range of complex litigation matters, including oppressed minority shareholder actions, employee breach of the duty of loyalty claims, consumer fraud actions, environmental litigation, and general civil litigation including real estate and contract disputes.

Charles Montgomery’s litigation experience includes the following:

  • complex commercial contract disputes
  • acting as counsel to a Federal Court Receiver
  • employment litigation, including restrictive covenant litigation, and defense of employers in wrongful termination and discrimination cases
  • environmental litigation
  • estate and probate litigation
  • complex commercial real estate disputes
  • individual consumer fraud actions
  • corporate, shareholder, partnership and real estate dispute litigation.
