Elder and Disability Law

Don understands the “sandwich generation” (he has lived it) – having to care for our elderly loved ones while we raise our children and build our own future. Don advocates “life care planning”, which means taking a holistic approach to long-term care planning, disability planning and Medicaid planning matters, with an emphasis on “aging in place” as long as possible. We can help your family utilize available home and community-based services, home adaptations and technology to defer or possibly even eliminate the need to enter a nursing home.
